PRINCIPLES FOR CONSTRUCTING MECHATRON MODULES BASED ON ELECTROMAGNETIC LINEAR EXECUTION ELEMENTS OF INTELLIGENT ROBOTS

Abstract

In automated technological complexes, intelligent robots and robotic technologies are widely used in the management of object processes. Directly their performance efficiency is due to the electromagnetic linear mechatronic modules based on the execution elements. Because mechatronics modules with the faith of taking linear and angular reversing step movements at the same time in space have not been sufficiently studied. Usually in robotic technologies and complexes, linear execution elements of automatic control systems are created separately for each adjustment body, which leads to system complication. In order to solve these problems, the principles of construction of linear electromagnetic mechatronic modules are presented, which allow to improve the weight-gauge indicators of the executive system of the executive system, to obtain simultaneous linear and rotary reversible step movements in space coordinates. The advantages of Mechatronics modules based on elements of electromagnetic linear execution, the principles of their classification and construction according to their mathematical models and descriptions, which underlie the principles of construction, are presented.
